Most likely causes
- 01A supply or drain connection leaks

Safe checks, in order
Start with the simplest non-invasive check. Stop as soon as the error clears; repeated resets can hide a condition without correcting it.
Turn off the water
Close the dishwasher supply valve if any active leak is visible.
Let it drain
Keep the door closed while the automatic drain operates unless water is escaping.
Check visible connections
Inspect the sink-side drain, supply valve, and floor.
Check detergent
Use only automatic dishwasher detergent; hand dish soap can force suds out.
Know where to stop
If water is near electrical wiring, switch off the breaker without touching wet equipment.

Request Samsung service if the code returns after the safe checks above or if leaking, overheating, electrical odor, or abnormal mechanical noise is present.
