A solid red Deco light indicates an issue, often a lost internet connection. Check the modem, main Deco, and satellite in that order.

On common Deco models, pulsing red means a satellite is disconnected from the main Deco. Improve placement and restore the mesh link.

Solid yellow normally means the Deco is starting up. Wait one to two minutes before treating it as stuck.

The router is not detecting a working WAN connection. Test the modem, Ethernet cable, and router internet port in that order.
